| 摘 要： | 蒉延芳是上世纪二三十年代活跃在上海工商界的著名宁波帮企业家。以蒉延芳为个案,通过对其一生工商实践和社会活动的回顾与总结,分析了宁波帮企业家中“知识务求其新,而道德务存其旧”的独特现象及其对当代企业家的启示价值。
