| 摘 要： | 指出当前数字图书馆服务在很多方面表现出新的不适应性，重新设计了数字图书馆的框架模型，并对其资源组织子系统、资源服务子系统、系统管理子系统和开放接口子系统的功能进行了详细阐述。
