摘 要: | 随着我国中小学职前教师教育日渐成熟的发展,中小学教师职后培训越来越受到重视,中小学教师职后培训体系还未成熟。相对而言,加拿大的中小学教师职后培训形成了一套成熟的运作体系,通过介绍加拿大的中小学教师职后培训类型,发现我国中小学教师职后培训中存在的问题并提出今后我国中小学教师培训的发展趋势。

Abstract: | With the development of teacher's pre-service training in primary and middle schools in China, teacher's in-service training,though not as a complete system,is attracting more attention. In comparison,the in-service training for teachers in Canada has formed a complete system. By comparing with the in-service training model for teachers in Canada,this paper analyzes problems existed in teacher's in-service training in China and its development tendency. |
