| 摘 要： | 将"压力-状态-响应"(PSR)模型框架引入到城市土地集约利用评价中,能够很好地揭示土地利用过程中的人地关系.基于此,该文采用主成分分析法和PSR模型,对成都市2000-2011年城市土地集约利用水平进行了评价,得出土地利用的协调度.研究结果表明:成都市土地集约利用水平处于不断上升的趋势,并且属于高度集约利用的状态;3个子系统协调度较高,但是压力层波动较大,主要是由于人口不断增加所导致的耕地面积下降等给城市土地利用带来了巨大压力.最后,根据分析结果,提出了进一步提高土地集约利用水平的对策建议,以期为成都市提高土地利用效率,促进经济、社会、环境协调发展提供参考.

| Abstract: | Urban land intensive use index system based on the ＂Pressure -State -Response＂ （PSR） model is good for us to reveal the human - land relationship in the process of land use. Based on this, the data from 2000 to 2011 of Chengdu was used in this paper to evaluate the level of urban land intensive use with the assistance of principal component analysis method and PSR model. The research shows that the level of urban land intensive use in Chengdu is in a rising trend. The coordination degree of 3 sub - systems is also having a high level. But, the pressure layer has a larger fluctuation which is caused by the growing number of population. At last, according to the result, some suggestions are given, hoping to provide a reference to improve the efficiency of land use and promote harmonious development of economy, society and environment. |
