| 摘 要： | 面对全球风险社会到来和突发事件高发之现状，如何通过提高我国突发事件网络舆论引导的针对性和时效性来辅助突发事件的善后处理，已经成为政府和广大学者无法回避的重大课题之一，而研究突发事件网络舆论的特征就成为有效推进突发事件网络舆论引导研究的第一步。选取近年突发事件的典型案例，结合新闻传播学的规律，可以概括出我国突发事件网络舆论的“谣言四起”、“群体极化”、“蝴蝶效应”等五大特征，为进一步拓宽突发事件网络舆论引导的思路提供借鉴，为提高突发事件网络舆论引导的权威性、公信力和影响力奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Facing the current circumstances of the global risk society, high incidence of emergency event , how to improve the rele- vance and timeliness of network public opinion guiding of emergency event to assist to deal with emergency event has become one of major issues that government and scholars can not avoid, and at the same time, the researches of the connotation and characteristics of network public opinion of emergency event become the first essential. In this paper, combined with the law of Journalism, we obtain the five major characteristics of network public opinion of emergency event Rumors, Group Polarization, Butterfly Effect and so on through the analysis of selecting typical cases of emergency event in recent years . |
