| 摘 要： | 实施创新创业教育是提升我国教育质量、实现教育大国向教育强国转变的关键。在对创新、创造性、创业、创业教育及创新创业教育的内涵及关系进行辨析的基础上，指出我国创新创业教育发展中存在着缺乏明确的培养目标和科学的培养方式、创业支持体系不够完善等问题，建议构建创新创业教育的实施机制应从建立科学化与个性化的培养方式、创新：教育理念等方面入手。

| Abstract: | To improve Chinese education quality, it is necessary to implement the innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on discriminating relevant concepts and relationships including innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education, and innovation and entrepreneurship education, the problems of Chinese current innovation and entrepreneurship education such as lack of specific cultivation objective and scientific cultivation mode and lack of complete entrepreneurship supporting system are come up with. To establish the implementation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education, some measures such as building scientific cultivation mode and updating educational ideas are suggested. |
