摘    要:选取乙醇为溶剂,采用浸提法提取楚雄地区川滇金丝桃的总黄酮。从乙醇溶液的浓度、浸提时间、浸提温度、液料比四个方面初步研究了楚雄地区川滇金丝桃茎叶中总黄酮的最适提取条件。实验结果表明,楚雄地区川滇金丝桃茎叶中总黄酮的适宜提取条件为:70%的乙醇溶液,浸提时间2h,浸提温度为70℃,液料比30:1(mL/g)。在以上条件下,黄酮提取率最高可达16.745%。

Analysis of Total Flavonoids in Hypericum forrestii from Chuxiong, Yunnan

Abstract:The total flavonoids were determined with ethanol as a solvent in Hypericum forrestii collected from Chuxiong area, Yunnan. The extraction process of total flavonoids include to the etha- nol concentration, extraction time, extraction temperature, liquid -solid ratio was optimized. The results show that the most efficient procedures for extracting total flavonoids from stems and leaves of Hypericumforrestii were: extraction with 70% ethanol at 70℃ for 2 h, with solid -liquid ratio of 30 : 1 (mL/g). The extraction ratio of total flavonoid from Hypericumforrestii is 16. 745% with this procedure.
