| 摘 要： | 任弼时分管西北局、中财委期间 ,从全局的高度对陕甘宁边区的经济建设工作进行了系统的思考。他认为 ,在相对和平环境中的陕甘宁边区 ,经济建设是全部工作的最中心任务 ;在经济建设工作的安排上 ,应当抓住农业这是最主要环节 ,把握贸易金融财政这一重点环节 ,正确处理各种经济关系 ;边区的经济建设具有重要的战略意义。他对新民主主义经济建设规律的探索 ,有独到之处 ,至今仍有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | During the period when Ren Bishi was put in charge of the Central Finance and Economic Commission,he thought that Shan'ganning Borderarea's economic construction was the most important one among all tasks when it was in relative peace,and agriculture production should be regard as the major link,and this task had very important strategic meaning. |
