| 摘 要： | OBE教育模式是一种以实际产出为核心的教育理念,其模式下课程设置以学生未来的工作需求为导向,所有教学环节围绕学习产出进行设计。基于OBE教育模式的高职《财务管理》课程以明确学习成果预期、围绕学习成果组织教学、基于学习成果单元考核、完善学习成果反馈为教改实施主线、以提升教学中学生的主体性、主动性和培养学生的创新性思维能力为教改实施目标,改革传统教学模式,优化传统考核方法,建立适应现代企业需要和符合高职办学理念的课程教考模式。

| Abstract: | The OBE education model is an educational concept with actual output as its core.The curriculum setting in this mode is oriented to the future work needs of students.All teaching sessions are designed around learning achievements.The“Finance Management”course based on the OBE education model aims to clarify the expectations of learning achievements,organize teaching around learning achievements,evaluate based on learning achievements,and improve feedback on learning achievements to implement the main line of teaching reform to enhance the subjectivity and initiative of students in teaching as the goal of teaching reform.It aims to reform traditional teaching mode,optimize traditional assessment methods,and establish a curriculum teaching model that meets the needs of modern enterprises and meets the vocational school running philosophy. |
