| Abstract: | Inthe process of western development ,the city of Kuitun lasted on its favourable inside and outside condition ,can take the advantage of it's special location at the Asian and European Continental Bridge to implement strategy seeking cooperation with the eastern region of China and developing trade with the western labouring states. |
