| 摘 要： | 在合作创新网络中,创新主体所拥有的互补性资源是决定合作创新绩效的关键因素,本研究以资源依赖、合作创新和嵌入性理论为基础,将交互能力和网络关系强度融入互补性资源对合作创新绩效的影响关系模型当中,进行验证性因子分析、中介效应和调节效应的回归分析,实证结果表明:合作创新网络中互补性资源对于合作创新绩效具有正向影响;交互能力在互补性资源对合作创新绩效的影响过程中具有中介作用;网络关系强度对交互能力和合作创新绩效之间的关系具有显著的调节作用,同时网络关系强度在互补性资源和合作创新绩效之间也起到显著的调节作用。

The impact of complementary resources and interactive capability on cooperative innovation performance |

| Abstract: | In the cooperative innovation network, the complementary resources possessed by the innovation subject is the key factor to determine the cooperative innovation performance. Based on the resources dependence theory and the cooperative innovation theory, an empirical model involving the affect mechanism of complementary resources on cooperative innovation performance is built through interactive capability and network ties strength．By means of confirmatory factor analysis and the regression models of mediating effect and moderating effect, this paper got the conclusions that the complementary resources positively relevant with the cooperative innovation performance. Complementary resources positively influence the cooperative innovation performance by means of the mediating effect of interactive capability. The network ties strength has significantly moderating effect on the relationship between complementary resource and cooperative innovation performance, as well interactive capability and cooperative innovation performance. |
