| 摘 要： | 校内生产性实训基地建设是高职院校校企合作深化的必然选择，其最大的特点是学生在校内真实的生产环境中实训完整的工作过程，生产出产品甚至商品。实现教、学、做的统一。目前高职院校的校内生产性实训基地存在数量不足、功能发挥不当、开发不力、实践教学组织水平较低等问题。必须“因企制宜”，加大引企共建基地的力度；强化管理，统筹基地功能的发挥；增强软实力，实现由“引企入校”向“引企入教”的升华，全面提升高职院校的实践教学水平。
