| 摘 要： | 借鉴比赛训练法的优点,以高校篮球选项班的学生为研究对象,运用比赛训练法进行篮球战术教学的实验研究,实验周期为一个学期.实验结果表明:比赛训练法充分发挥了学生主体性,兼顾了篮球教学的对抗性、实效性和趣味性,有助于培养学生篮球意识,有助于增强学生自信心,有助于提高学生篮球技术的运用能力和战术的应变能力,提高了篮球战术教学的质量.
