| 摘 要： | 黄宗羲在明末清初的历史转型期,以三代之治为参照,提出了自己的权力论.创造性地重构了儒家政治合法性理论,强调政治权力必须具备公共性、有限性、流动性、分散性、自治性、自足性等特征,完成了对儒家政治合法性理论体系的复归与突破.
