| 摘 要： | 生态主权理论是在应对全球化时代传统主权受到强烈冲击产生危机的情况下提出来的。在生态主义语境中,传统国家主权理解割裂主权的构成要素,使国家主权碎片化,违背了人的生态系统的类存在要求,致使社会问题层出不穷、传统国家主权遭受侵蚀、生态殖民主义无法根除、国际局势越来越紧张。只有转变主权的存在范式,在一个新的哲学理论的基点上才能建立治理国家和调整国际关系的共同架构。生态主权理论的提出为处理国内生态发展权和国际生态主权共享关系提供了一个平等互利的对话平台,既有利于维护国内生态发展权也有利于促进世界繁荣与和平。

| Abstract: | The ecological sovereignty category is produced indealing with the crisis of the traditional sovereign which is suffered from a strong impact in the age of globalization.In the context of the ecological,the elements of sovereignty are lacerated by the explain for the traditional category.The sovereignty is fragmentation,which is against the people of the existence of the ecological system requirements.The social problems emerge endlessly.The sovereignty is corroded slowly by the foreign forces.The ecological colonialism isn’t able to be eradicated,which causes the international relation to become into tension.Only by means of transforming the sovereignty form,a new common platform can be found to govern the country and to adjust the relationship between the nations on the basis of the ecological socialism.The theory propose of ecological sovereignty provides a equal dialogue platform for the treatment of domestic and international ecological development and the ecological sovereignty sharing,which is not only to the benefit of protecting the domestic ecological development but also promoting the world peace and prosperity. |
