| 摘 要： | 在我国城市化的进程中,出现了城市弱势群体.城市弱势群体直接影响到城市竞争力,关系到均衡城市化的发展质量和发展绩效.研究城市弱势群体的规模和受困程度,特别是探索削弱弱势群体规模与势能的反弱化机制,是从均衡城市化发展目标出发来加强城市社会管理、建设和谐社会.弱势群体去弱化方式不能仅依赖临时性、一次性的社会援助,更需要从弱势群体的本质出发进行一个整体性的社会反弱化机制建设.

| Abstract: | Urban disadvantaged groups emerge in the process China’s marketing urbanization.Urban disadvantaged groups have a strong effect on the urban competitiveness and have a close relationship of the urban balanced development quality and urban social development performance.Therefore,the study on the scale and trapped extent of urban disadvantaged groups,particularly the exploration of the potential mechanism for the anti-weakening of disadvantaged groups scale and energy,is a balanced urban development goal and objective to strengthen management of urban society and the building of a harmonious society important task for the city.This paper argues that the anti-weakening way does not rely on temporary,one-off social assistance only,but also needs a holistic approach to the anti-weakening mechanisms. |
