| 摘 要： | 中苏论战期间,我们党对企业管理体制进行了初步探索,在关于对企业放权让利、内部管理的“二参一改三结合”、发挥“三会”作用进行民主管理、试办托拉斯组织等方面,取得了十分突出的成果,但探索也打上了论战的烙印,对于目前深化中国特色的社会主义企业管理体制改革也产生了非常积极的效应.

| Abstract: | During the Sino-Soviet debate,the CCP had a preliminary exploration of the enterprise management system,and made a very prominent result in some aspects,such as the devolution of power to the enterprise,the"two participation,one reform,and three combinations"of the internal management,playing the role of"three will be"for democratic management,pilot Trust organization and so on,but the exploration was marked the imprint of debate,which had a very positive effect in deeping the reform of enterprise management system of socialism with Chinese characteristics currently. |
