| 摘 要： | 列宁是社会主义法制实践的开创者，其法制思想丰富而系统。他明确提出了国家政权必须通过法律来掌握、巩固和治理的思想；重视立法，主张党对立法的指导，坚持立法的民主、统一和随形势发展的需要不断立、改、废原则、；强调严格执法和守法，主张在法律面前人人平等，司法独立和加强司法队伍建设；注重法律监督，督促司法机关和执法人员依法办事，发挥国家权力机关和人民群众在执行、监督法律中的作用，做到有法必依，执法必严，保证法律全面准确的实施，从而更有效地治理国家。列宁的法制思想极大地丰富了马克思主义的法学理论宝库。

A brief survey of Lenin's thought on legal system |

| Abstract: | Lenin is a founder of socialist legal system and its practice. His thought on legal system is rich and systematic. Lenin explicitly advanced a new thought on controlling, Consolidating and ruling the state power by law; He attached major importance to legislation, advocated that the communist party must guide the legislation, adhered to the legislative principle of democracy , unity and constant drawing up, Amending and annulling the law with the development of situation; He emphasized that the law must be strictly enforced and abided by, maintaining indiscriminate application of law and independence of judicature, strengthening construction of judicial contingent; He laid stress on supervision on the law , urged judicial organs and enforcers to handle affairs according to law , brought the role of the state power organs and the masses in enforcing and supervising the law into full play. Therefore, where there is a law, it must be obeyed, its enforcement must be strict, and pledge to carry out the law all-sided and accurately. So the country will be ruled effectively. Lenin's thought on legal system greatly enriched the Marxism theory treasure-house on law. |
