| 摘 要： | 在农业产业化的发展过程中,龙头企业经常会遇到资金困难,阻碍了产业化的健康发展。发展农业产业化投资基金有利于缓解龙头企业的资金困难,完善其经营管理机制,有利于引导和带动民间投资。不断增加的居民储蓄、良好的政策支持和专家代理经营的体制为农业产业化投资基金的发展提供了可能。

| Abstract: | With the development of the agriculture industrialization, the enterprises are often lack of capital, which hinders the development of the agriculture industrialization. The development of agriculture industrialization investment fund(AIIF)can resolve the shortage of capital,perfect the management system of the enterprise and lead the social investment to the effective field. The incesstant increase of civil saving, beneficial policy enviroment and specialist' s representative management system make the development of AIIF possible. |
