Abstract:Obtaining the solution of sweeping volume, which is three-dimensional solid, is a complicated process. The projective method is presented. In the first place, sweeping path trajectory planning is on its way, i.e. figuring out the coordinates of the nodes according to the precision requirements. And then, it confirms the projective surface for each node,and projects the entity towards the surface according to the sweeping rules so as to gain projective curves. Finally,it picks up a series of nods from the curves mentioned above, which can be used to regenerate crooked surface, thus generating a swept volume. Error analysis of this method is also addressed in this paper. At the same time, practical cases are given to illuminate the feasibility of this method further more.
