| Abstract: | Scientific and technological cooperation and construction of innovation system have very important strategic meanings in promoting the coordinated development of Northeast Asian S&T and economy.This paper proposes the countermeasure and suggestion of the construction of Northeast Asian innovation system on basis of discussing the intension of Northeast Asian scientific and technological cooperation,relation of scientific and technological cooperation and construction of innovation system. |
