| 摘 要： | 竞争性选拔在组织领导产生中发挥的重要作用,越来越受到管理者和理论研究人员重视。对相关文献进行综合分析,在以往的能力、信任与投票决定关系研究中增加了利他惩罚因素,尝试建立能力、信任及利他惩罚对投票决定影响关系模型,该模型揭示了能力、信任及利他惩罚对投票决定影响机理,并进一步分析了不同情境下,利他惩罚相对于能力、信任对投票决定产生影响程度的不同以及信任因素对能力因素的调节作用强弱的差异。
