| Abstract: | Beginning with discussing the structure and characteristic of the core competence of real estate development enterprises of China, this paper does research on the feasible methods of cultivating the core competence of real estate development enterprises. The authors point out that real estate development enterprises should cultivate core competence in order to fierce furious challenges and realize sustainable development. |
