洪秀全的用人观刍议

摘    要:太平天国的兴衰有很多因素,而洪秀全用人的得失是其中一个重要原因。大约以1856年为界,洪秀全在太平天国前期任人唯贤,广揽人才,太平天国兴旺发达,但也包含着对待知识分子失策,用人选官过滥,实行世袭制,丧失最高宗教领导权等缺点;而在后期虽任人唯亲,猜忌贤能,但也不乏选贤用能等某些英明之举。洪秀全用人观演变的原因是由于受传统教育的影响、痴迷于宗教和其多疑性格等原因造成的,其根本的局限在于其用人观是一种传统的帝王驭人之术。
