| 摘 要： | 健全完善的一致行动制度,对于我国证券市场的健康发展具有举足轻重的意义。特别是在上市公司收购大战愈演愈烈的今天,这一问题突显重要。文章主要对一致行动的概念、规制一致行动的法律意义和现实意义、我国相关立法的缺陷及完善进行简单论述,以期对一致行动制度的构建有所裨益。
