| 摘 要： | 唐朝以其强大的政治经济文化实力吸引着世界。伴随其外交活动之日益频繁,唐政府外交机构的重要性日益突显,形成以专职管理机构为主兼庞大的关涉机构为系统的多元性外交管理机构。专职机构为九卿系统下的鸿胪寺和尚书系统的主客司两个部门。主客司主管外交政务,鸿胪寺主管外交事务。关涉机构从不同角度和方面也行使着外交管理职责。这些关涉机构与专职机构互相配合、协同合作,共同完成繁重复杂的外交行政事务。

| Abstract: | Prosperity of the Tang Dynasty,with its powerful political,economic,cultural and attract world.Its diplomatic activities are becoming increasingly frequent,Tang highlighted the growing importance of the diplomatic agencies of the government,so as to form a full-time management of the main agencies involved and the huge diversity of the foreign regulatory bodies.Jiuqing system for the allied agencies David bunch Temple,and the guest of honor Secretary chancery these two departments.Chief Secretary for Foreign Affairs in charge of the guest of honor,David bunch Temple in charge of foreign affairs.Concerned agencies from different angles and also to exercise diplomatic and administrative duties.These agencies involved in co-ordination with allied agencies,to work together and cooperate together to complete the onerous and complex foreign administration. |
