摘    要:研究生教育不仅是知识性教育,更是能力教育。以创新为主导的能力教育必须有效地运用具有系统整体性、有机多样性、复合性等特征的生态思维方法,掌握用生态思维方法提升研究生创新能力的基本策略,张扬培养创新性的个性和能力所需的质疑、求异、反省和批判精神,进而促进研究生创新能力的提高。

Abstract:Postgraduate education is not only the knowledge education but also ability education. It determines that the innovation ability education must effectively use ecological thinking which has the characteristics of integrity system, organic diversity, complexity, etc. It must master the basic strategy to improve the innovation ability of graduate students with ecological thinking to cultivate the spirits of query, unconventional, introspection and critique, and then to promote the innovation ability of graduate students.
