| 摘 要： | 通过对双蹬技术与传统技术在动作结构方面进行比较，在滑行过程中提高了做功次数。同时双蹬技术的动作结构提高了履地的频率，也减少了与地面的磨擦，为此对练习者提出有关双蹬技术练习的方案，对如何进行合理的练习做了详细的说明。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a comparison on round double technique and the thaditional technique in tenms of act construction. The former can increase the times for power, meanwhile improve the frequency of stepping and decrease the scraping. On this base, the paper proposes some schemes on how to exercise round double technique and provides some detail illustration. |
