| 摘 要： | 从全球气候变化背景下的林业碳汇政策解读入手,简述了林业碳汇概念产生的历史背景,分析了我省碳汇林业发展的现状与问题,对于我省如何抓住这个历史机遇适时调整应对策略,积极发展我省碳汇林业,使林业生态工程建设、石漠化治理以及社会经济可持续发展获得额外的推动力,提出了促进我省碳汇林业发展的具体政策建议。
