| 摘 要： | 在目前我国大学毕业生就业难的形势下,社会资本对促进大学毕业生就业具有十分重要的作用.研究和利用大学生就业社会资本对解决当前大学生就业问题具有重要的现实意义.本文详细分析了社会资本的具体内容以及对大学毕业生就业的积极作用,提出开发和利用大学毕业生就业社会资本的一些建议.

| Abstract: | Social capital is playing a very important role to promote employment of university graduates in the current difficult employment situation in China.It has important practical significance to study and use the employment of university students’ social capital to solve the current problem of the employment of university graduates.This essay detailed analysis the specific content of social capital and its active role in graduates employment,then proceeds to bring up some recommendations to develop and use the social capital of employment of university graduates. |
