| 摘 要： | 本文从探讨未来企业核心能力刚性和可持续性问题出发,运用协同学的理论方法分析了问题的成因在于企业现在核心竞争能力各组成部分不能产生协同效应.基于此,本文提出企业未来核心竞争力概念,并分析了其与企业现在核心竞争力的关系,前者为后者演化到协同状态的序参量.在企业现在核心竞争力演化过程中到临界点或者临界态时,企业未来核心竞争力作为系统演化的慢变量支配着其他参量的演化过程.最后,文章研究了整个企业系统的自相似现象和各层级的关系及其序参量,从而为企业未来发展提供了理论支持.

| Abstract: | this paper discusses the problem of rigid and sustainability of core ability in enterprise.Using synergetics,we analyze the cause of the problem;it is that the present core competitive ability does not produce synergy effect.So,this paper puts forward the concept of future core competence of enterprise,and the relationship between it and the present core competitive ability is analyzed,the former is the order parameter of the latter in evolution of synergetics state.During the enterprise evolution process,the present core competitive ability is dominated by the future core competitive ability as slow variables in the critical point,or critical state.This paper studies the self similarity phenomena of the whole enterprise system and the relationship between them and order parameters. |
