| 摘 要： | 文化软实力是城市软实力的重要构成和基础,文化发展对城市软实力建设而言关系重大。文化发展带来文化产品的繁荣,包括公共文化产品和私人文化产品的繁荣,文化发展需要依靠文化公共事业和文化产业共同驱动。文化发展对城市软实力具有资源完善、效果转化以及奠定基础的效应。实践和理论经验显示,通过以公共文化事业构建城市整体文化圈、以文化产业园区融合主题城区发展、以精品工程结合文化旅游发展、以文化领军创意人才聚集引领城市文化方向等文化发展路径可以有效地实现城市软实力的提升。

| Abstract: | Cultural soft power is an important composition and foundation of city soft power,culture development has vital importance to city construction in the soft power.Culture development brings the prosperity of cultural products,including public cultural products and private cultural products prosperity,culture development need to rely on public undertakings and cultural industry.Culture development can perfect the resources,transformate the effects and lay the fundation of city soft power.The practice and experience shows that public cultural undertakings,cultural industry zone,cultural quality project and leading cultural creative people can help a city form its overall culture circle,build its cultural blocks,develop it’s cultural tourism and lead its Cultural direction,finally,effectively achieve the promotion of city soft power. |
