| 摘 要： | 自主创新是当前我国正在进行的创新型国家和创新型城市建设的基础和根本.本文以我国副省级城市规模以上工业企业为研究对象,运用数据包络分析方法对其自主创新投入与产出绩效进行了定量评价,得出了当前我国副省级城市企业自主创新综合效率、技术效率和规模效率等系列创新绩效指标,并对我国副省级城市的企业自主创新绩效水平现状进行了横向比较分析,最终提出了我国副省级城市企业创新发展的政策建议.

| Abstract: | Corporations’ innovation activity is the base and core of the construction of the Innovative Country and Innovative City in china.This paper applys Data Envelopment Analysis ways to the innovative input and output performance analysis of the industrial enterprises above the designated scale in chinese sub-provincial cities.ultimately it educes the numerical value of CRS technical efficiency,VRS technical efficiency and Scale efficiency of the industrial enterprises above the designated scale in our country’s sub-provincial cities and its innovative development strategy. |
