| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展,电子银行也随之得到了前所未有的发展,目前已经成为现代银行最重要的组成部分。就国内情况来看,电子银行近年也得到了迅速发展。但是,处于国内银行第三梯队的城市商业银行,尽管得益于近几年国内金融市场的有利形势而得到快速发展。但就其整体而言,其竞争力依然很弱,而其电子银行发展更是滞后,这已经无法满足激烈的市场竞争需要。因此,城商行需要清醒认识到电子银行对其自身转型与生存的重要性,找出自身差距,并采取积极措施,不断完善其电子银行的发展,来满足其发展的需要。

| Abstract: | With the development of information technology,electronic banking has also been an unprecedented growth and has become the most important part of the modern bank.In the domestic financial market,e-banking in recent years has been developing rapidly.However,as the third level of domestic banks,city commercial banks in recent years,helped by favorable situation of domestic financial markets has been rapid development.But in its whole,its competitiveness is still weak,and its e-banking development in more delay.This is clearly unable to meet the fierce market competition.Therefore,to meet their development needs,city commercial banks need a clear understanding the importance of the electronic banking for its own survival.They need identify the gap between themselves and the advanced banks,and to take active measures to continuously improve the development of its electronic banking. |
