| 摘 要： | 人力资本是一国经济快速增长的重要影响因素之一,本文从需求和供给效应角度分析了发展中国家对外贸易促进人力资本的机理,并探讨了发展中国家对外贸易促进人力资本的局限性.在此基础上,以我国为例,提出了相应的对策建议,主要有在实施市场多元化战略的同时,扩大与发达国家和新兴市场经济体国家之间的贸易总量；优化对外贸易结构；保护员工投资于企业专用人力资本后的收益；促进三大区域的对外贸易平衡发展；通过服务贸易加速人力资本积累；适时调整“轻进口重出口”的贸易政策.

| Abstract: | Human capital is one of the important factors for the rapid growth of a country’s economy,This paper analyzes mechanism on the foreign trade promotion of human capital from the perspective of demand and supply effects in developing countries,and to explore the limitations of foreign trade promotion of human capital,in this basis,to China,for example,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,mainly in the strategy of market diversification,while expanding trade volume between developed countries and emerging market economies;Optimizing the structure of foreign trade;Protecting the revenue of employees after enterprise-specific human capital investment;Promotion the balanced development of foreign trade of three regions;Accelerated the accumulation of human capital by trade in services;Timely adjustment trade policy for "light imports and focus on exports". |
