| 摘 要： | 城市规划不仅关系城市的合理布局和长远发展,更关系到城市居民的住宅权益的保护.城市规划和公民住房保障有着密切的关系.城市规划制度的设计,要充分体现对人居环境和住房保障的关注.住房选址规划尤其是保障性住房的规划,必须把满足和保证公民居住需求放在首位.城市拆迁、城中村改造等未来城市发展所涉及到的城市规划的修改,应该兼顾好公共利益和公民的住宅权益.

| Abstract: | City planning relates not only to the rational arrangement and long-time development of the city,but also to the protection of housing right of citizens.So city planning and housing safeguard have very close relationship.The design of city planning system shall show the focus on human habitat environment and housing safeguard.Especially,the site selection for indemnificatory housing shall satisfy and protect the housing needs of citizens in the first time.City remove and city village reconstruction that will relate to the future city development modification shall give consideration to public interest and citizen housing rights. |
