| 摘 要： | 本文通过近10年来关于民间借贷问题研究文献的收集,从民间借贷的内涵界定、形成原因、产生的社会经济效应以及规范发展的路径等方面进行了研究综述,其中对近期民间借贷盛行原因的有关研究进行了观点梳理,并对民间借贷问题的进一步研究进行了展望,旨在为研究民间借贷问题的学者提供文献帮助及启发。

| Abstract: | This paper collected the research literature of the folk lending problems nearly ten years and discussed the definition of the folk lending,the formation reasons,the produce effects of social and economic and regulate the path of development.In addition,this paper join the cause of the recent popular folk lending in the popular reason of the folk lending in order to provide the help of the literature and the inspiration for the researchers who is studying the problem of the folk lending. |
