| 摘 要： | 目前随着社会生产力的不断发展与演化以及经济社会快速发展,人们对英语的需要日益增长,新课程改革实效性的加强以及大学英语教育教学改革的日益深入,使得对大学英语教师专业化问题的探讨也随之深入.与此同时,随着科技快速发展与成果的快速推广与应用,政府加大教育投入力度,使得科学技术与教育的结合愈来愈密.本文从“要合理协调新教育技术与传统教育技术之间的关系”、“大学英语教师专业化意识的培养与新教育技术能力的习得具有一定的统一性”、“新教育技术的发展有利于加速大学英语教师专业化进程”等三个方面,进行了探索和思考.

| Abstract: | This article discusses how to improve the university English teachers’ professional development based on the new educational technology from three aspects below: 1.The university English teachers’ professional should reasonably coordinate the relationship between the new educational technology and traditional education;2.University English teachers’ professional consciousness and new educational technology ability acquisition has certain unity.3.New educational technology development can accelerate the university English teachers’ professional development.From these three problems,the author thinks that the new educational technology development has an important role in promoting the university English teachers’ professional development. |
