| 摘 要： | 农村公共产品单一的供给主体出现了低效率和无效率，决定了农村公共产品供给主体应当多元化。因而，探析农村公共产品供给多元化已经成为研究公共产品供给的必然趋势。在新农村建设中，要改变政府作为单一供给主体的劣势，积极探索一种有益于实现农村公共产品供给主体多元化的制度安排、制度环境和良好的政策措施。
