| 摘 要： | 拜昂是20世纪后半期最具影响力的精神分析思想家和实践者之一,他在个体精神分析和精神分析团体心理学两个领域都有独到的见解。他发现,团体行为是一种无意识水平上的协调过程,而不仅仅是不和谐的争斗。他提出的容纳者模型、理智定向的工作团体和无意识的基本假设等思想对客体关系学派的发展产生了深远的影响。

| Abstract: | As one of the most influential psychoanalytic theorists and practitioners in the late twentieth century,Bion generated unique ideas both in the field of individual psychoanalysis and group field.He found that group behavior was not simply a cacophony of contending voices but was unconsciously coordinated.He brought forward the idea of container model,rationale-orientated work group and unconscious basic assumption,which greatly influenced the development of the objective relationship psychology. |
