| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,贯彻现代教学理念是对教师的时代要求,从高职教育中因材施教的角度进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出了高等职业技术学院教师应从学生的实际出发,使教学的深度、广度、进度适合学生的知识水平和接受能力,同时考虑学生的个性特点和个性差异,探讨使每个学生的才能品行都得到发展的相应对策。
