| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the intellectual property rights problems during me electron aocument transferring process, listed pertinent international and homeland laws and regulations related to protection of the intellectual property rights at the present stage, corresponding expounding for these laws and regulations have been given, then brought out constructive evading measures for these risks. |
