口腔局部用药SrCl2与NaF的电化学研究

摘    要:利用电化学的原理以及牙体生物电测量的结果,计算并分析SrCl_2和NaF这两种口腔临床牙体病常用的药物,结果显示,Sr~(2+)由于带正电荷,很难透入活体牙而达到治疗目的,作为口腔内局部用药是值得商榷的;F~-则相反,能够透入牙体而达到治疗的目的,作为口腔内局部用药是可行的,但使用方法有待进一步改进.

Abstract:The principle of electrochemistry and used to measure the distribution of two commonly used compounds of SrCl_2 and NaF in dental diseases. The results of these bioelectric measurements demonstrate that Sr~(2+) with positive electricity is very difficult to penetrate to the living teeth and can not get effective results by local ap- plication. So it should be carefully considered to make Sr~(2+) as the oral local treatment. On the contrary,F~- can penetrate to the living teeth. It is useful for oral local administration, but the method still should be improved further.
