摘    要:旅游业的地位日益彰显,竞争日趋激烈。永州旅游业有着使人产生神秘感、愉悦感和成就感的心理优势,也存在着旅游形象与认知、旅游品牌与动机、旅游环境与情感、旅游资源与需要之间的心理位差,通过提高知名度、关誉度、参与度和协同性,促使好奇感、成就感、共鸣感和充实感的形成,促进永州旅游业快速发展。

Abstract:The status of tourism becomes more and more prominent, and the competition in it becomes more and more furious. The tourismin Yongzhou has the psychological superiority in bring people the senses of mystery, cheerfulness and achievement. It also has the psychologicallypotential differences between tourism image and identity, brand and motivation, environment and emotion, resources and requirements. It is bymeans of expanding the extent of acknowledgement and reputation, participation and coordination to form the feelings of curiosity, achievementagreement, and accomplishment so as to promote the development of tourism in Yongzhou.
