| 摘 要： | 中原经济区建设是河南开放大学建设的基本社会背景。构建面向中原经济区建设的人才培养体系,是河南开放大学建设的重要任务,也是解决河南开放大学建设与中原经济区建设(以下简称"两个建设")对接问题的重要途径。其基本点是:根据中原经济区建设的需要,确定河南开放大学人才培养目标、推进学习资源建设、构建高水平开放型教学模式、打造高标准质量保证系统。

| Abstract: | The Central Plains Economic Zone construction is the basic social background of the Open University construction in Henan.Building personnel training system towards Central Plains Economic Zone is an important task of Henan Open University.It’s also an important way to make the construction of Henan Open University be in correspondence with the Central Plains Economic Zone(hereinafter referred to as the two constructions).Its basic point is:according to the demand of the Central Plains Economic Zone,determining training objectives of Henan Open University,promoting the construction of learning resourses,building a high-level open-teaching model and creat a high quality assurance system. |
