| 摘 要： | 本文对福建省中小学、中职学校管理队伍的个人品德修养、教育理论素养、教育教学能力和科研素质、组织管理水平和能力、身心健康状况等情况进行了分析,探讨了队伍建设中存在的问题及其原因,提出了关于学校管理队伍建设的几点建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the individual qualities of the management forces of primary and middle schools and vocational secondary schools in Fujian Province; their personal attainment in educational theories; their educational, teaching, and research ability; their capability in organizational management; and their mental and physical integrity. This paper also discusses the problems in the construction of the management forces, and their causes; and puts forwards some advice on the development of the school management forces. |
