| 摘 要： | 高校图书采购人员应该具备的综合素质主要包括良好的思想道德素质、全面的采购业务素质和先进的图书采购理念。近几年由于高校扩招和教学评估的需要，图书采购人员在短时间内大幅增加，导致其整体综合素质有所下降，主要表现在：思想道德素质参差不齐、采购业务素质有待提高、图书采购理念需要更新。高校图书馆应从加强图书采购人员的岗前培训、继续教育、团队学习、业务竞赛、对外交流等方面入手，切实提高图书采购人员的综合素质。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive professional competence of university library hook-buyers includes good ideological and moral quality, overall acquisition competence and advanced concepts of book acquisition. Owing to the need of enrolment expansion in universities and teaching-resources evaluation, the number of book-buyers has increased considerably in a short time, which leads to a decline of their comprehensive quality. Their ideological and moral quality is uneven; their acquisition competence needs to be improved; and their concepts of book acquisition need to be updated. It is necessary to strengthen the book-acquisition personnel＇s pre-post training, continuing education, team learning, professional-knowledge competition, external communication and other aspects so as to improve their comprehensive professional competence. |
