| 摘 要： | 高等职业院校的专业建设既不同于本科专业建设，也不同于中职专业建设，要根据自身的专业特点构建高职院校专业建设机制。为此，应建立在市场导向和全员参与的基础上的专业建设新机制，以校企合作为基础，优化人才培养方案，强化工学结合的课程建设，培养应用能力强，具有创新能力的高职学生，从而使高职专业主动适应区域经济布局，适应产业结构调整和适应职业岗位变迁。

| Abstract: | The specialty construction in higher vocational colleges should be focused on the establishment of the mechanism in accordance with their own characteristics,which is different from that in undergraduate specialties or in junior vocational ones.The article proposes the establishment of a new mechanism of major construction based on the cooperation with enterprises.Higher vocational students with strong practical ability and innovation can be trained by optimizing the talents training program and strengthening specialty-oriented major construction.The article also suggests that higher vocational specialties should initiatively adapt to the regional economic layout,industry structure adjustment and the changing position. |
