| 摘 要： | 文章就生态旅游中导游人员的生态素质体系构建进行了初步的探讨，明确了在生态旅游景区从事导游服务应具备的生态素质，从生态伦理、环保素质、职业素质三大部分进行了阐述，并就生态旅游导游人员的生态素质培育进行了一定的探讨，说明导游人员的生态素质对于保持我国生态旅游区的自然资源原生态和民族文化原生性具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | The article has a preliminary discussion about the ecological quality system construction of the tourist guides in the process of eco-tourism,it clarifies that the personnel engaged in tourist guides service should have the following qualities,namely the ecology ethics,environmental protection quality,the professional quality in the eco-tourism,discusses the ecological quality cultivation of tourist guides,and indicates the ecological quality of tourist guides play an important role in maintaining the original ecology of our natural resource and national culture originality in the ecotourism areas of our country. |
