反腐倡廉“大宣教”机制探究

摘    要:建立反腐倡廉“大宣教”工作机制,能有效地增强教育的实效性、全局性和针对性。作者从建立领导机制、强化责任制、健全督查机制、完善激励机制、加强组织协调机制五个方面入手,对建立反腐倡廉“大宣教”工作机制进行探讨,阐述了推进反腐倡廉教育的机制变化,对进一步深化反腐倡廉教育,逐步建立教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Establishing instructional mechanism of anticorruption and initiation of incorruptibility can enhance the effectiveness as well as purposefulness. By discussing the establishment of leadership mechanism, enhancement of responsibility mechanism, improvement of inspection and excitation mechanism, and reinforcement of organization and coordination, this article aims at exploring the buildup of the mechanisms of anticorruption and initiation of incorruptibility, and the significance of gradually establishing punishment and warning system of combating corruption in terms of instruction, institution as well as inspection.
